Catch the AI Wave

Eight months of development. Done in eight hours.

That’s not a typo. That’s what happens when you ride the AI wave.

My friend Elan is an ADHD coach and one of the naturally lucky souls featured in my upcoming book. Together we’ve been building Lucky Breaks, a companion app for Quantum Surfing.

The journey has been wild.

Last October we dabbled with a custom GPT in ChatGPT. Then 2 weeks ago we dove back in. We pulled competitive insights using ChatGPT, and we shaped direction using Claude. We consulted Stanley to capture my voice for the app’s interactive style. We designed in Claude CoWork, transferred everything to Lovable, and integrated conversational exchange via Eleven Labs. (Could we be more streamlined? Sure. But in the true spirit of Quantum Surfing, we’re playing.)

Eight months of traditional development cycles — collapsed into hours of play.

Here’s what struck me most: This past week I coached three entrepreneurs. All three are in highly regarded accelerators. None of them are using AI. Not one.

And in every conversation, I found myself saying the same thing: Get on the playground.

We’re in a sea change right now. A new surf break has been discovered, and it’s firing. The question isn’t whether to make the trek. It’s whether you’ll paddle out while the waves are epic, or watch from the beach wondering what you missed.

If you’re innovating without AI, you’re in the slow lane. Not because AI is smarter than you, but because AI plus you is exponentially faster than you alone.

Quantum Surfing: The Innovator’s Guide to Being Lucky, Aligned, and Unstoppable comes out next month. It’s all about accelerating your ventures by catching lucky waves instead of paddling harder.

And now we’re building the tools to put those practices into action.

Want to be a beta tester for Lucky Breaks? DM me. We’re looking for curious souls ready to ride.
