I love my morning ritual—a quiet moment of meditation paired with automatic writing. In recent weeks, I’ve been exploring the timeless question: Who am I? As an entrepreneur, I’ve found that returning to basic questions can spark fresh insights and open unexpected paths for growth and opportunity.
This morning, my guides responded with a humorous yet profound message that resonated deeply:
“You are a plant who has outgrown her pot. 🙂 You feel root bound. Replant. Get a bigger pot. And thrive.”
A Plant Who Has Outgrown Her Pot
Picture yourself as a vibrant plant that once thrived in a nurturing pot. At first, everything was perfect—the soil was rich, and each day brought new growth. Yet, over time, the once-ideal space became confining. The roots twisted and circled, trapped in a space too small to allow expansion, stifling the plant’s full potential.
Much like this plant, many of us cling to routines and environments that initially nurture us. But as we grow, these familiar settings may begin to limit our access to fresh experiences, innovative ideas, and unforeseen achievements. It’s often time to step out of that metaphorical pot—to give ourselves permission to breathe and explore.
Replant and Rejuvenate
Clinging to old patterns can be like remaining in a restrictive pot; opportunities for transformative experiences slip away. The solution is both natural and inspiring: repot and reimagine your surroundings.
Ask yourself which areas of your life feel too familiar or stifled. Perhaps a new career, a creative project, or a fresh perspective could inject the energy you need. Just as moving to a larger pot allows a plant to stretch its roots and absorb richer nourishment, seeking new experiences lets you blossom into your full potential.

This week, I arrived in Fiji—a place that is as magical as it is transformative. Since acquiring my private villa resort, Tavola Fiji, in 2018, I’ve experienced tremendous personal and professional growth. Here, the energy is simultaneously activating and grounding, nurturing and expansive.
