Unlocking Quantum | The Business of Expansion

I recently had the pleasure of joining Hale Schneider on his podcast, The Business of Expansion, where we dove into the world of Quantum Surfing, luck and how we can navigate life’s waves with greater ease. Our conversation explored the idea that luck isn’t random—it’s something we can cultivate intentionally by learning to trust ourselves and becoming curious, open and resilient.

Hale’s podcast explores conversations with entrepreneurs and leaders focused on the expansion of human consciousness and creating what comes next. The podcast delves into how we can thrive in the current paradigm while contributing to forward-thinking business practices, a more expansive future and sustainable success.

The Art of Surfing Life
At the core of my work is a methodology I call Quantum Surfing, a blend of neuroscience, quantum mechanics and applied enlightenment. It’s about recognizing that we live in a multidimensional universe, and that by aligning our energy and intentions, we can move through life in a way that feels like catching waves instead of paddling endlessly. Hale and I discussed how Quantum Surfing enables entrepreneurs to experience more “lucky” coincidences and serendipities, making business growth and personal success come with greater ease.

The Power of Being Lucky
One of the key takeaways from our conversation was this: being lucky is a skill. It may sound counterintuitive, but research shows that people who are considered “lucky” often engage in specific behaviors that create their luck. Curiosity is one of the most powerful of these. When we open ourselves up to questioning, noticing and wondering, we invite new possibilities into our lives. In fact, curiosity, openness and resilience are foundational behaviors I teach in Quantum Surfing—behaviors that can dramatically change the way we experience business and life.

Feel, Don’t Think
Another practice we explored is the shift from “thinking” to “feeling.” In our logical world, we’re often trained to rely solely on our minds for decision-making. But what happens when you trust your intuition instead?

Instead of asking yourself, “What do I think I should do next?” ask, “What do I feel to do?” This subtle shift allows you to tap into your intuition—your internal compass—and make decisions that are aligned with your deeper knowing. Trusting this feeling can unlock synchronicities and set you on a path where things flow more naturally, as if the universe is conspiring in your favor.

When I first tried this practice, I was working with a coach who asked, “When do you feel to meet next?” I was baffled by the question because we’re so used to thinking in terms of logic and schedules. But when I paused and truly felt for the answer, I suggested a meeting time that felt right, rather than being optimal for juggling my calendar and priorities. Strangely, the timing ended up being perfect. Now, I use this approach in all areas of my life—and more often than not, it leads to surprising synchronicities and ease.

Try it for yourself. Instead of reaching for the logical answer, stop for a moment and ask, “What do I feel to do?” You might be surprised at where it leads you.

Resilience, Not Grit
Hale and I also talked about resilience, not in the traditional sense of “pushing through,” but in reframing challenges in the context of the hero’s journey. Resilient people tend to find silver linings and see obstacles as hidden opportunities, which keeps them in a state of flow where luck and good fortune seem to follow. When we laugh at the absurdity of our challenges and trust that we have what it takes to get through them, life becomes a lot more joyful—and a lot more lucky.

By imagining ourselves as heroes in our own story, we recognize that each challenge is a possible stepping stone. Resilience isn’t about enduring hardships endlessly but about seeing every twist and turn as a part of our evolution—an essential step on the path to our ultimate success.

Embrace your Quirky (Your Superpower!)
A fun moment from the podcast was when Hale and I talked about embracing what makes us unique. Funny enough, if you’ve got something quirky about you, that may be your superpower. It’s not something to hide or downplay; it’s something to lean into and celebrate. When we own our quirks, we unlock our true power, and that’s where the magic really happens.

Creating from Joy
I’ve read the Akashic Records for seven years. One day I was in the Akasha, and I asked, “If you don’t think about what to do next, how do you make choices?” The Guides replied, “We commit to the joy of the journey.” This became a guiding principle in the third module of Quantum Surfing, where I teach intentional creation not through sheer effort, but by aligning with joy and energy.

When you surf quantum waves, creation becomes a delightful adventure rather than a grind. It’s about tuning into the energy that’s in alignment for you, and letting that guide you toward your goals.
